"Bodegas Cueva is the personal project of Mariano Taberner, where he combines his knowledge in oenology and his creative ability to make natural wines, respecting the environment, biodiversity and health. This is why he only uses organic cultivation.
Bodega Cueva is an 18th-century winery that is adjusted to our times. However, they follow the traditional and craftsmanship methods when they make their wines. They use native varieties like Bobal, Tardana and Tempranillo, and they are vinified naturally, without filtering or added treatments.
Cueva Orange is a orange wine made from Tardana from their own vineyards planted on clayey-calcareous soils."
