It’s been a long time coming but we are finally locking it in. On Sunday June 4th at 1pm, I will be hosting a fun, relaxed little wine class at the shop. It’s called Wine 101: What Even is Wine? I’ll give you the low down on some basics of wine making and the variables that go into making one wine different from the next. We’ll take some time to talk through how I taste wine while I’m selecting wines for the shop and menu, plus there will be a flight of wines to taste and plenty of time for questions. 2 hours, five 2 oz pours, and a lot of chatting.
